§ 1 Cancellation Policy
Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen (14) days without giving reasons.
The withdrawal period is fourteen (14) days from the day on which you or a third party nominated by you who is not the carrier has taken possession of the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must register the return at the following address:

In order to comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient that you send the notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period or register the return online.
Consequences of revocation
If you cancel this contract, we must reimburse you all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of the additional costs resulting from the fact that you have chosen a type of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days from the day on which we received the goods. For this refund, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless otherwise expressly agreed with you; in no case will you be charged any fees for this repayment.
You must return the goods without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you inform us of the withdrawal from this contract to:

return or hand over. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the expiry of the 14-day period.
The buyer bears the direct costs of returning the goods.
They only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss of value is due to handling of them that is not necessary to check the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

§ 3 Non-existence of the right of revocation
The right of withdrawal does not exist:
1. if you are not a consumer within the meaning of § 13 BGB.
2. for goods that are not prefabricated and for the production of which an individual selection or determination by you is decisive or which are clearly tailored to your personal needs.
3. For sound or video recordings or computer software in a sealed package, if the seal has been removed after delivery.
